Saturn 1B Apollo 7 101168 Built Model 1144Here is a build fo realspaces 144 scale saturn1b, and what a nice kit. Modeled after the vehicle that took men into space aboard the mighty saturn for the 1st time, sa-205 would carry, wally schirra, don eisele, and walt cunningham aloft on oct. 11, 1968 for the test of the block ii csm, and it aws the 1st televised broadcast from space. Not until 1975 would the 1b carry another apollo spacecraft aloft, this time to meet the soviets in space. My camera died last night, but alongside the saturn v i have for auction, i built this, finished it a few days after this, but i can't photograph it. It is identical to tihs only correct, meaning the color of the csm is not what you see here, but what is on the saturn v. I had planned on doing a 1 and a v, but the camera will not cooperate, this build is from about a year ago.
