1 fire bdage of thelong island city fire department. The badge is marked with the owners number, '20' on the bottom of the badge. Fire departmenthistorical records will identify who number '20' is. Examples of this badge are pictured on page 76 of 'badges of the bravest' by gary urbanowicz. Conditino of this badge is excellent plus with original pin and pin catch on back of badge. This is a nice early example of a long island city badge. This is an early badge as opposed to later badges with the rolling pincatch. Size of badge is 2-1/4 by 2-1/4. Badge is original and sold as is. |
