It is off an old fire trcuk and has been in the family since 1950's. It includes the mounting bracket and is in working condition. Comes wiht the original grill. There are some breaks in the grill as shown in my pictures. The grill can be replaced if you choose to do so. It does not affect the sound of the siren.
