Antique Collectable Towers Handcuffs WkeyAntique collectbale bottleneck handcuffs w/key. This is a set of bottleneck handcuffs with original key. The key works fine locking and unlocking the cuffs. The only marks i could find was the # 293 on each cuff. This is from my collection of over 30 years. I will not be responsible for any items shipped without insurance and tracking.
